Job Description
All Mind Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to provide high-quality psychological services within a collaborative, client-centered practice. This role involves delivering evidence-based therapy and assessments to children, adolescents, adults, and families while working closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to ethical, high-standard care.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches
• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations as needed
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other clinicians, referral sources, and care providers
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and clinical discussions
• Adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice
Skills & Experience
• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program
• Active license to practice psychology in the state
• Strong clinical skills with children, adolescents, adults, and families
• Experience or interest in pediatric and adolescent care
• Experience or interest in eating disorders and military-connected populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
