LCSW/Supervisor with Supervisory Certificate 

Healing Connections Counseling Center is currently looking for a LCSW/Supervisor with Supervisory Certificate to join our team! We are looking for an LCSW with Supervisory Certificate that is licensed in NJ and is passionate about supervising provisionally licensed clinicians (LAC and LSWs) who see clients both in-person and virtually ranging in ages 5-99. The ideal candidate must have the availability to work with up to 6 supervisees (daytime availability a must).  A plus would be willingness to also maintain a minimum of a small caseload of 6 clients.  1-2 nights of evening availability is required if also seeing clients  The candidate must either be willing to go in-network with BCBS and Aetna commercial insurance plans or already be in network. Given the culture and climate of HCCC, it would be required for candidates to attend group supervision on Thursdays from 1-2pm either virtually or in person. In addition, supervisors will also meet for group supervision either virtually or in person, day/time/frequency to be determined. About the Practice: Healing Connections Counseling Center, LLC is a growing group psychotherapy practice located in Ramsey, NJ that provides psychotherapy services to individuals ages 6 & up. We are looking to add dedicated, empathic, and open-minded clinicians to our growing, supportive practice who are licensed in the State of New Jersey as LSW’s, LAC’s, LCSW’s, or LPC’s. Client issues vary, but often include (but are not limited to) anxiety, depression, bipolar, adjustment difficulties, relational difficulties, school aged issues, transitional issues, etc.

Pay Range: 

• Up to $65/hour based on experience for clients

• $80/hour to provide supervision for LAC/LSW's

Requirements:

• Required Education: Master’s Degree

• Required License: NJ State Licensed, LCSW, holding a Supervisory Certification 

• *We are only accepting LCSWs at this time. We are in need of supervision for both LACs and LSWs. 

• Availability to work with up to 6 supervisees

• MUST be willing to go into network with BCBS and AETNA

• Willingness to maintain a small caseload of clients a plus  

• 1-2 nights evening availability if also seeing clients 

• Experience working with, and supervising clinicians in work with, children ages 5+ is a plus!
