**In-Home Child/Family Therapist**

Work involved would likely be a combination of hybrid Telehealth sessions (for parent coaching) and home visits to support direct child/teen work within the home. Preference given to applicants who are open to home visits and dyadic parent/child work with parent coaching. This is not a community mental health position -- this is a private practice offering specialized treatment interventions for higher-functioning clients with OCD, phobias, panic attacks, and severe anxiety disorders. You will receive ample training and support for this position.

Extensive training in evidence-based interventions for OCD and anxiety disorders is offered at no extra expense for the applicant. Training and supervision are provided by an international expert in OCD and anxiety disorders. Starting pay is $75-100 per direct client contact hour (60 minute session) but increases as applicant's ability to become specialized in ERP, CBT, ACT, and other evidence-based interventions advances.

Work as many or as few hours as you'd like on the days and hours you would like to be available. If working full-time, you will be eligible for bonuses, health insurance, and 401K.

Applicant must be a post-grad Masters-level clinician or independently licensed provider. Free supervision toward LMHC licensure is included, if applicable. Prefer an applicant who interested in learning how to treat OCD, phobias, and anxiety disorders, open to working with children and parents, and willing to learn the specialized skills required to become proficient in treating these special populations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home ERP- and ACT-based therapeutic interventions to children and adolescents utilitzing training provided by Clearview OCD Counseling, LLC
  • Provide parent coaching using evidence-based interventions such as the PCIT or SPACE model
  • Formulate and implement treatment plans with support of supervisor
  • Demonstrate fidelity to using evidence-based interventions in the treatment of OCD and related disorders (primary interventions will be ERP, ACT, and SPACE)
  • Learn about OCD and related disorders including panic attacks, GAD, phobias, ARFID, BFRB's (skin-picking, hair-pulling, etc), ADHD, etc.
  • Complete progress notes
  • Submit billing to supervisor
  • Participate in community events as interested (i.e. in-service trainings, conference talks and presentations, blog posts, university/college trainings, etc)
  • Run groups and workshops, if interested
  • Possibility to add adult clients to caseload, if interested

Skills & Experience

Must have completed graduate school in a counseling/psych/social work or related field.

Preference given to candidates who have an independent license to practice (LMHC, LICSW, etc)
