We are seeking Full-time Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LCSW, LMFT, Psy D, PhD), to join our innovative and dynamic teams.

We provide outpatient services in-clinic and virtually, including: individual, couples, and family therapy; IOP for Mental Health and Co-occurring Disorders; as well as medication evaluation and management. Job Types:

• Full-time Licensed Clinical Supervisor 40 hours a week - supervising 6 associates and seeing 15 clients a week

Rates:

• $90,000 to $110,000 depending on how many clients are seen weekly and associates supervised. Rates may vary based on education and experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Psychology.
• Must be licensed in California as a LMFT, LCSW, or psychologist for 2+ years.
• Community mental health and clinical program administrative experience is required.
• Experience in a private practice setting is a plus
• Experience in insurance credentialing
• Must have met all requirements by the BBS to conduct supervision including CEUs and BBS-approved supervisor training.

Requirements

• Active CA license
• Strong demonstrated commitment to professional skills including legal and ethical standards
• Must be available to work during core business hours Monday through Friday but scheduling is flexible.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
