Our growing team is looking to hire another San Diego based AMFT or LMFT!

Our team of AAPI Therapists are passionate about working with other 2nd gen folks process generational trauma, cultural identity, life transitions, anxiety and gender identity. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!

Compensation for AMFT:

• $40-$50/ client hour 
• Supervision and admin time: $20-$30

Compensation for LMFT:

• $65-$75/ client hour
• Admin time: $30-$40

Key Responsibilities

You'll be expected to:

• Network and market yourself on directories to find your ideal clients 
• Maintain a caseload of 15-20 clients with the possibility of full time (30 hours max)
• Complete your own consult calls and scheduling of clients 
• For associates, be able to attend in person sup Tuesdays from 12-2
• For Licensed Therapists, be able to attend biweekly consult group Mondays at 1pm

Skills & Experience

The Ideal candidate would be:

•  Looking to join a community of like minded Therapists
•  Located in San Diego and open to a hybrid position
• Independent, reliable and capable of marketing yourself to find your ideal clients
• Open and eager to learning the ins and outs of private practice
• Has a warm, compassionate & collaborative approach with clients
• Passionate about working with the BIPOC community
• Interested in growing a caseload of 15-20 clients/week with a possibility of full time (up to 30 hours)
• Organized, driven & able to work independently
• Interested in working with couples (preference for training in EFT or Gottman)
• Already trained in Parts work, Brainspotting or EMDR
