We work predominately with trauma (sexual abuse survivors, dissociative disorders, etc) and also run groups for survivors. This position is ideal for someone who does not want to worry about the hassle of growing or maintaining a private practice. MUST have an interest in working with trauma. Looking for someone interested in 15 hours a week (minimum). 

•This is a very supportive learning environment

•Quality supervision is provided, with monthly guest speakers on different topics on mental health during staff meetings

•401K plan available 

•After probationary period, each clinican gets $500 a year towards reimbursement on trainings

•Mentorship in how to run a private practice 

Skills & Experience

•Our practice is highly focused on working with adult CPTSD, sexual abuse, and dissociation. Associate must have interest in and be open with a full caseload supporting this clientele. 

•Our practice is very much parts work focused. We use a lot of IFS/inner child healing work. Associate must be open to Supervision being very parts focused.

•We don't specialize in working with kids/couples/families, so the associate must have these hours completed elsewhere.

•Must be trained in one of the following modalities: EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic work, SE, TRM, IFS/parts work, etc.

•Must hold a Masters in Psychology to be able to work in California.

•Must be in good standing with the BBS
