Brooke Schwartz Psychotherapy is hiring PT and FT mental health clinicians as W2 employees. This is a wonderful opportunity to experience private practice and hone in on areas of interest with support and guidance from an established therapist. We are looking for the following candidate:

• Interest in growing with a small company

• Preference for those willing to do hybrid (remote and in-person in West LA)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultation calls

• Complete notes within 48 hrs

• Assess and diagnose clients' mental health conditions

• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions with clients using evidence-based therapeutic techniques 

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including psychiatrists to provide comprehensive care

• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout the therapy process

• Attend individual and group supervision 

• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in psychotherapy

Compensation

• 0-5 clients per week = $60/clinical hour

• 6-10 clients per week = $65/clinical hour

• 10-15 clients per week = $67/clinical hour

• 15-19 clients per week = $70/clinical hour

• 20+ clients per week = $75/clinical hour

• Non-clinical hours paid at admin rate of $20/hour

• $100/month stipend for self-promotion and marketing

Requirements

• Must have experience and/or interest providing evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT)

• Must be in good standing and have an active registration number (ACSW or AMFT) with the BBS

• Must have completed CA BBS required Suicide Risk Assessment & Prevention training prior to start date
