Key Responsibilities

Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and couples, utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
• Implement crisis intervention and management strategies for clients in acute distress or experiencing crises.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring effective outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with North Carolina.
• Collaborate with the team to coordinate care for patients.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in behavioral health practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Utilize telehealth platforms as needed to provide remote therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for all clients.

Skills & Experience

Experience

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Full licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT) is preferred.
• Experience in providing client care within a clinical setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and behavioral health practices is essential.
• Experience working with children and adolescence is required.
• Proficiency in telehealth technologies and methodologies is advantageous.
• Ideal candidate having a unique or high in demand specialty is a strong plus (EMDR, IFS, Woman's Issues, EFT, etc
