Full-Time Child & Adolescent Clinician

Healing Connections Counseling Center is currently looking for a Full-Time Child & Adolescent Clinician to join our team! We are looking for a NJ-licensed clinician who is passionate about working with clients aged 5+, looking to build a full-time caseload of 25 client hours, is able to work 3 evenings out of the 5 day work week, and can offer sessions both on-site at our Ramsey office and virtually through our HIPAA compliant platform. Evening sessions must be conducted on site at our Ramsey office. While the focus of this position would be on working with children, adolescents, and teenagers, there is also the opportunity to work with adults once all after school and evening slots have been filled. Given the culture and climate of HCCC, it would be required for candidates to attend alternating group and peer supervision on Thursdays from 1-2pm either virtually or in person. About the Practice: Healing Connections Counseling Center, LLC is a growing group psychotherapy practice located in Ramsey, NJ that provides psychotherapy services to individuals ages 5 & up. We are looking to add dedicated, empathic, and open-minded clinicians to our growing, supportive practice who are licensed in the State of New Jersey as LSW’s, LAC’s, LCSW’s, or LPC’s. Client issues vary, but often include (but are not limited to) anxiety, depression, bipolar, adjustment difficulties, relational difficulties, school aged issues, transitional issues, etc.

Pay Range:

• For provisionally licensed clinicians, pay is $45-50/hour based on experience.

• For fully licensed clinicians, starting pay per hour is up to $65/hour based on experience.

Requirements:

• Required Education: Master’s Degree

• Required License: NJ State Licensed LPC, LCSW, LAC, or LSW

• 3 evenings required (3:30pm+)

Clinicians must offer sessions between the hours of 3:30-8/8:30pm 3/5 days of week to accommodate the schedules of the desired population for this position, which is children, adolescents, and teenagers. An example schedule would be the following:

Monday: 2-3pm, 3:30-4:30pm, 4:30-5:30pm, 6-7, 7-8pm

Tuesday: 2-3pm, 3:30-4:30pm, 4:30-5:30pm, 6-7, 7:30-8:30pm

Wednesday: 2-3pm, 3:30-4:30pm, 4:30-5:30pm, 6-7, 7-8pm

Thursday: 8:30-9:30am, 10-11am, 11:30-12:30pm, 1-2pm (Supervision), 2-3pm

Friday: 8:30-9:30am, 10-11am, 11:30-12:30pm, 1-2pm, 2-3pm

• Minimum of *25 clients per week (can work more hours at clinician’s discretion) +2 hours of individual and group/peer supervision, totaling to 27 hours per week

*It's important to note that you will build up to a full-time caseload of 25 client hours per week at a pace that works for you and the practice, so you wouldn't be immediately full-time. For past clinicians, that process has taken anywhere between 1-4 months
