Position Overview

We are currently accepting applications for Full-Time and Part-Time Mental Health Therapists to join our growing clinical team in Maryland the District of Columbia. Therapists will provide a full range of behavioral health services, including individual, family, and group therapy. Services may be delivered in-office, in the community, or via telehealth, depending on client needs and therapist availability.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based counseling to individuals, families, and groups

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning

  • Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the clinical team

  • Maintain compliance with documentation standards (notes, assessments, treatment plans, reviews)

  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, trainings, and quality assurance activities

  • Coordinate psychiatric, medical, and community-based interventions

  • Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic case management services

  • Assist with screening and pre-admission assessments for program eligibility

  • Utilize recovery-oriented, trauma-informed approaches to service delivery

Skills & Experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field

  • Licensure (Maryland Required): LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional clinical experience (preferred)

  • Transportation: Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle for fieldwork

  • Skills: Proficiency in clinical documentation, trauma-informed care, and recovery-focused treatment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)

  • Dual licensure in DC and Maryland

  • Familiarity with COMAR 10.63 and DLA-20

Schedule & Employment Types

  • Full-Time: 32–40 hours/week (minimum 30 billable sessions/week)

  • Part-Time: 12–15 hours/week

  • Hybrid field/telehealth model available
