Healing Connections Counseling Center in Ramsey, NJ is currently looking for a Full-Time Adolescent/Teen Clinician to join our team! We are looking for a NJ-licensed clinician who is passionate about working with clients between the ages of 11-17+, looking to build a full-time caseload of 25 client hours, is able to offer either 1 evening and 1 weekend or 2 evenings per week, and can offer sessions both on-site at our Ramsey office and virtually through our HIPAA compliant platform. Given the culture and climate of HCCC, it would be required for candidates to attend biweekly group supervision on Thursdays from 1-2pm either virtually or in person. About the Practice: Healing Connections Counseling Center, LLC is a growing group psychotherapy practice located in Ramsey, NJ that provides psychotherapy services to individuals ages 11 & up. We are looking to add dedicated, empathic, and open-minded clinicians to our growing, supportive practice who are licensed in the State of New Jersey as LSW’s, LAC’s, LCSW’s, or LPC’s. Client issues vary, but often include (but are not limited to) anxiety, depression, bipolar, adjustment difficulties, relational difficulties, school aged issues, substance issues, eating disorders, transitional issues, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Required Job Tasks

• Provide 45-60 minute therapy sessions with clients weekly
• Perform initial intakes
• Coordination of schedules 
• Maintain clinical documentation, including initial diagnosis, treatment plans, and weekly therapy notes
• Communicate with collateral contacts as necessary for client treatment plan
• Take and log payments as needed
• Provide documentation as necessary for insurance companies
• Participate in peer and individual supervision

Skills & Experience

Pay Range: 

• For provisionally licensed clinicians, pay is $40/hour. 
• For fully licensed clinicians, starting pay per hour is $55 based on experience. 

Requirements:

• Required Education: Master’s Degree
• Required License: NJ State Licensed LPC, LCSW, LAC, or LSW
• Either one evening/one weekend day or two evenings required
• Minimum of 25 clients per week, can work more hours at clinician’s discretion
  • *It's important note that you will build up to a full-time caseload of 25 client hours per week at a pace that works for you and the practice, so you wouldn't be immediately full-time. For past clinicians, that process has taken anywhere between 1-3 months*
• Must be willing to work with adolescents/teens between the ages of 11-17+
