Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated EMDR therapist to join our team. This is a hybrid, part-time w2 employee position, with the therapist growing to a caseload of 15-20 clients over 6-12 months. 

Our practice specializes in supporting hopeful, new & expectant parents. Must have training, and significant experience and comfort, in providing EMDR therapy to clients. Must have interest in perinatal mental health. Must have experience working with adult individuals and couples.

Key Responsibilities

What we're looking for: 

• Associate therapist in CA
• 18 month commitment to the practice requested, we're looking for therapist who want a longterm clinical home 
• Experience working with adult individuals and couples 
• Ability to work 1-2 evenings each week and/or one weekend day 
• Passionate about supporting hopeful, expectant and new parents - must have interest in perinatal mental health specialization 
• Training in EMDR with significant experience and comfort treating clients 
• Preferred: Training in Perinatal Mental Health, Gottman, or EFT 

Skills & Experience

• Associate split starting at 40% with room to grow ($40-70 per session)
