The outreach professional titled, Director of Professional Relations, represents a national leader in mental health and promotes a full continuum of care including, long and short-term residential treatment, intensive outpatient, partial hospital, wilderness therapy, and outpatient services. The position works from home (hybrid) and out in the field (West Los Angeles of California) to create interest in Embarks full continuum of care that results in families getting the services they need.

 

Salary Range $90,000 - $120,000 a year (Depending on experience)

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Position self and company as a valuable source of information/services for all things related to adolescent and young adult mental health.
  • Conduct daily face to face marketing meetings, attend networking events, sponsor events, and engage in other promotional and outreach activities that drive interest, awareness and leads.
  • Initiate phone, mail, email, and social media campaigns to help professionals (therapists, psychiatrists, schools, hospitals, and other providers) learn about Embark services.
  • Act as consultant for professionals and families looking to access services for adolescents.
  • Interface with admissions to ensure seamless customer experience and drive conversions.
  • Become knowledgeable of all Embark programs.
  • Daily use of a customer relations management system (Salesforce).
  • Participate in team and weekly meetings.
  • Bring a growth mindset with passion, dedication, and measurable results.

Skills & Experience

  • At least (2) Year's of experience working in behavioral healthcare setting is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
  • Daily travel within a 20-mile radius of the program required.
  • Empathy, compassion and a desire to make a difference in family’s lives is required, along with exceptional interpersonal and relational sales skills with strong attention to results.
  • Pay and bonus commensurate with experience.
