Who We Serve
Pacific Clinics serves children, transitional age youth, families, adults, and older adults. We offer a full range of mental and behavioral health services, foster care and social services, housing, continuing adult education and early childhood education programs to Medi-Cal eligible individuals and families throughout Alameda, Contra Costa, Fresno, Kings, Los Angeles, Madera, Orange, Placer, Riverside, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Solano, Stanislaus, Stockton, Tulare and Ventura Counties.

Hollygrove Haven LAUNCH Program aims to advance equity by improving access to education, social and emotional development, health, and behavioral health services, through the creation of an ecosystem that fosters child and family well-being.
Our program provides prevention, early intervention, case management, and critical mental and developmental health screenings to our communities burdened by structural barriers to care. In partnership with our community providers, we seek to equip our partners with knowledge, skills, and resources to address young children’s and caregivers’ behavioral health.
LAUNCH focuses on parents and families with children 0-8 years of age by promoting healthy supportive parenting practices through the Making Parenting a Pleasure certification class, Parent Institute classes and support groups, early intervention services and linkages to needed resources.
JOB SUMMARY
Works within the vision, mission and philosophy of the agency, and with limited supervision, provides comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, risk assessment, clinical interventions, case management, and coordination of therapeutic activities in the community. Ensures that documentation and maintenance of clinical records is completed per appropriate standards and regulations. Provides facilitation and support to enhance the efforts of youth and their families/caregivers in the design and implementation of evidence-based treatment. This position works directly with children and adults.
OTHER SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
• If program requires, employee must pass an initial physical abilities test (PATS) and be certified in crisis intervention techniques within the first 30 days and annually.
