Job Description

We are seeking one highly motivated and experienced clinician to join our group practice. You will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy to clients with a variety of mental health concerns. This position would be hybrid (in-person and virtual). We are seeking to add Full-Time Clinician.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibility of this position is to build healthy, responsible therapeutic relationships with clients through the following professional skills: 

  • Conduct bio-psychosocial assessment evaluations in a detailed manner
  • Develop treatment plans that operationalize therapeutic goals
  • Ability to conceptualize case formulations and adapt when new information is presented
  • Ability to develop rapport with clients and communicate effectively
  • Understand the importance of balance with process and outcomes in a therapeutic context
  • Communicate and collaborate constructively with other healthcare professionals in the group practice and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
  • Ability to receive supervision, consultation and/or feedback to refine ongoing skill, workflows and professional development
  • Ability to seek support from clinical supervisor when issues of transference and counter-transference occur
  • Demonstrate ability to learn and grow through clinical practice

Skills & Experience

The best candidate match for this position is an individual with excellent self-awareness of their strengths and skills and is also aware of the areas in their professional development that are in need of growth. 

  • Master's in Social Work, Psychology, counseling, or related field
  • Current state license or eligibility for licensure in psychotherapy
  • At least 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy services to clients
  • Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a variety of mental health concerns
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with other healthcare professionals in a group practice setting and with external stakeholders
  • Open to learning and implementing measurement-based care
  • Ability to present well in a professional manner that communicates trust and openness
  • Detail oriented and a quick learner of workflows and expectations
  • Tech-savvy and enjoys software programs: is able to learn the user-interface of software quickly, and is able to navigate through 2FA protocols, keep digital files organized, and generally enjoys technology.
  • Attentive to detail: ie., makes it a point to read prompts and other text fields on screen before clicking through on buttons.
