Selah Counseling Center (SCC) is a faith-based private practice in Arcadia, CA. SCC offers outpatient mental health services that is inclusive to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Services include individual therapy, family therapy, couples counseling, and group therapy. The licensed therapist is responsible to

• Provide mental health services which includes intake assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, case management and consultation as fit to the client’s needs in the office or telehealth.
• Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for SCC
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 15 clients (part-time) or a minimum of 25 clients (full-time) per week.
• Be registered with CAQH and paneled as an in-network provider for health insurances.
• Attend meetings: staff meetings, case consultation, supervision, and trainings as scheduled.
• Complete and maintain electronic health records up to date, within 24 hours of service rendered.
• Demonstrate experience and comfortable working with diverse ethnic groups, races, religions, ages, and gender.

Qualifications and Skills

• Masters Degree in related fields: Social work, psychology, counseling, marriage & family therapy
• CA State Licensure: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD.
• Excellent clinical, organizational, and time-management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy

• Starting pay for Full-Time $80,000/year, plus Administrative Pay, DOE
• Pay Range for Part-Time 41,000 - 56,000/year, plus Administrative Pay, DOE
