We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide high-quality supervision and clinical oversight to therapists within a growing mental health practice. This is a fully remote, hourly role ideal for a licensed clinician who values flexibility and enjoys mentoring clinicians while maintaining strong clinical standards.
- Provide individual and/or group clinical supervision to therapists (associates, interns, or licensed clinicians as applicable)
- Review clinical cases, treatment plans, and documentation to ensure quality of care and compliance with regulatory standards
- Support clinicians in case conceptualization, differential diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Monitor ethical and legal compliance in accordance with professional guidelines and jurisdictional regulations
- Provide guidance on risk assessment, crisis management, and clinical decision-making
- Offer feedback to improve clinical skills, therapeutic effectiveness, and documentation practices
- Participate in occasional case consultations or team meetings as needed
- Maintain accurate supervision records and documentation
- Licensed Psychologist, LMFT,, LCSW, or equivalent (active, in good standing)
- Eligible to provide clinical supervision in California
- Minimum 3–5 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Prior supervision experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches (e.g., CBT, ACT, trauma-informed care)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship skills
- Comfortable working in a remote environment and using EHR systems
