Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking an LMFT or preferred LCSW that is interested in a supervisory position with the opportunity to continue to practice your craft by seeing 10 clients a week. Build your own team and supervise and provide group supervision or tradic for to 6 therapists. You would approve notes for your associate level employees. In this role you may be invited to train associate level on different topics. We are a holistic group, our niche is trauma, anxiety, and depression. • CALIFORNIA BOARD OF BEHAVIORAL SCIENCES Licensed
• Masters in Counseling/Social Work/Marriage and Family Therapy

Qualifications

• Active BBS License
• Supervisor Approved Certificate (15 CE's completed)
• Complete Documentation in a timely manner
• Maintain appropriate record keeping
• Active License, in good standing
• Must be a team player
• Punctual

We will collaborate to uncover our client’s deeper wounds and provide them with the tools to begin to tackle those challenges that exist.

Key Responsibilities

• Dual role (Supervise & Mental Health Provider)
• Provide therapy services to clients
• Attend team meetings as scheduled
• Lead own team meetings for staff
• Complete assessments and diagnosis
• Manage collaborative Treatment Plans with clients
• Manage supervises' (Associate level) documentation
• Complete progress notes & approve notes for staff
• Maintain confidential records
• Coordinate services with other providers as needed
• Adhere to California Board of Behavioral Science Laws and Ethics

Skills & Experience

• Familiar with Complex trauma/ Attachment/PTSD, mood disorders, general anxiety, relational issues, and couples counseling
• CBT, DBT, Trauma Informed, Somatic Training, IFS or EMDR Training
• Incentive for Bilingual or Multilingual
• Plus: some knowledge of Medi-Cal or Insurance clientele
• Completed Supervisor Requirement per BBS to Supervise (Provide certification)
