Full-Time, On-Site (Mid-Wilshire in Los Angeles, CA)
$150K base salary + benefits
Requires a licensed clinician (2 yrs post licensure) eligible to clinically supervise others
- Oversee the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and protocols
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing development
- Collaborate with the Program Director and other key stakeholders to develop and implement new curriculum and clinical practices within programs
- Lead QI initiatives to enhance clinical services
- Monitor client progress and ensure treatment plans are individualized and evidence based
- Provide clinical consultation and support for complex cases and crises
- Intervene as needed, clinically
- Facilitate weekly team clinical meetings to oversee clinicians with treatment planning, interventions, and coordination of care
- Co-facilitate weekly family groups (evenings) with the Program Director
- Facilitate assessments, group therapy, and individual therapy sessions as needed
- Provide training based on updated clinical standards
- Review and sign clinical documentation to ensure clinical accuracy and relevance to treatment plans and diagnoses
- Collaborate with compliance team to ensure continual adherence standards with TJC and all other governing bodies
- Collaborates with BD to engage in community events and networking opportunities
- Collaborates with recruitment department to acquire clinical talent
- Collaborates with marketing department to develop and conduct CE event(s)
