Job Summary
As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. You will lead a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes
-Supervise pre-licensed therapist (triadic supervision)
-Supervise Clinical Supervisors
-Clinical Case load up to 10 clients
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance interdisciplinary communication and coordination of care
- Monitor and evaluate clinical programs to meet quality improvement goals
- Ensure productivity is met
-Hire and train new employees
- Manage medical management processes to support effective patient care
Skills & Experience

- Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably in a clinical leadership role
- Strong knowledge of medical management practices and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a clinical team
