Growing Minds is a diverse private group practice with multiple office locations.

Psychologists working in-person have the ability to work out of our Granada Hills, Simi Valley or Camarillo offices. You have the option to see clients in-person, via telehealth from our office , your home office, or both.

*We provide referrals, billing support, as well as monthly group consultation meetings.

*We provide the Electronic Health Record system and Zoom platform for your telehealth sessions.

* We ask for a minimum of 15-20 client hours per week, but there is opportunity for 35-40 clients per week, for those who are interested.

* CE4less.com membership, to help with accruing CEUs

*We provide guidance and assistance with insurance credentialing.

Key Responsibilities

Clinician's Responsibilities:

· schedule and screen new referrals

· make client appointments and manage your own weekly calendar

· submit all paperwork in a timely manner, progress notes and reports within 24 hours.

· be able to work with a team and be responsive to client and clinical communications within a timely manner.

Skills & Experience

Qualifications and Requirements:

· graduated from an accredited graduate program

· 1 year post-licensure

· carry personal professional liability insurance and business license

· have a personal laptop and cell phone

• Pay: $6500-$8000 per month, based on 20 client hours per week
• $82.50- $100.50 per hour
• Pay is based on licensure and type of service provided
