We're building a team of warm-hearted, culturally attuned, and skilled clinicians with diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise to meet the varied needs of the communities we serve. If this resonates with you, we invite you to explore our open positions and consider joining us.

Job Overview

Narra Psychotherapy is a telehealth, private pay group practice looking for a California Licensed Therapist (LPCC/LMFT/LCSW). This is a part-time, remote position.

The ideal Licensed Therapist candidate has a clear sense of the population and issues they are passionate about serving and is committed to providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. They value collaboration, are eager to be part of a supportive team environment, and are open to both giving and receiving guidance for ongoing growth and support. They bring their own therapeutic style and preferred modalities, as we welcome a variety of approaches and encourage clinicians to practice in alignment with their strengths and expertise. They maintain clear and healthy boundaries between their professional and personal life. They are comfortable participating in marketing and outreach efforts, representing Narra Psychotherapy professionally, and understanding that marketing is an essential part of building a caseload in a private practice setting.

This is a part-time position and we welcome candidates who maintain other employment that is not with another private practice in order to avoid potential conflicts of interest.
