Job Description

Narra Psychotherapy is looking for a California Licensed Therapist (LPCC/LMFT/LCSW). This is a part-time, remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a minimum of ten (10) direct client hours per week
  • Conduct clinical assessments and fulfill mandatory reporting obligations as required by law
  • Coordinate care with other treatment providers when clinically appropriate
  • Complete progress notes within twenty-four (24) hours of each session
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with practice standards and compliance requirements
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, prospective clients, and team members within the group practice
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and incorporate feedback into clinical work
  • Adhere to all applicable ethical guidelines and legal standards of the mental health profession
  • Maintain open and consistent communication with the Clinical Director
  • Commit to being an active member of the team and growing together with the practice
  • Attend team meetings
  • Contribute to practice growth through marketing or outreach efforts

Skills & Experience

  • Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
  • Active, unrestricted California license as an LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (“BBS”)
  • Reliable access to a computer, high-speed internet, and quality audio/visual equipment
  • Ability to provide services from a private, secure location suitable for telehealth
  • Prior experience delivering telehealth services with demonstrated client satisfaction
  • Ability to maintain a caseload of at least ten (10) direct client hours per week. Like all other minimum qualifications listed here, this is a requirement for this position
  • Experience and interest in depth-oriented and trauma-informed modalities
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
