The Talking Corner Family Therapy Inc. is a virtual private mental health practice in California, dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating fertility challenges and treatments. We offer compassionate, tailored care to help our clients cope emotionally and strengthen relationships to find hope throughout their journey. We are hiring 1-2 clinicians who are passionate about working with this population to join our talented team!

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license in: Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). California state licensure is required

• Hold an active malpractice insurance

• Proficient in delivering telehealth services

Benefits

• Compensation is $90/session

• Bonus starting at $300 a month once you reach 40 sessions a month (about 10 active caseloads)

Key Responsibilities

• Focus solely on providing professional clinical care, with administrative and marketing tasks handled by the company.
• Provide direct counseling to individuals, couples, or families, case management experiences, crisis intervention, assessment, DSM 5 diagnosis, treatment planning, and keeping documents in medical records according to requirements of the company and regulatory compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
• Keep up with CE (Continuous Education) requirements to maintain licensure status.
• Session notes need to be completed within 24 hours after the session.

Skills & Experience

• Have experience working or are familiar with fertility-related issues (or interested in developing your specialty in fertility-focused therapy and willing to take extra training before starting the job).
• LGBTQ affirmed.
• Plus, if you are EMDR, DBT, or ISF trained.
• Plus, but not required if you are bilingual.
