About Shoreline Counseling Center

We are a small but growing private practice offering telehealth therapy services across California. Our clinic is primarily insurance-based, allowing us to provide accessible and quality mental health services to a diverse population. We specialize in treating individuals, couples, children, teens, and families from all walks of life.

Our practice provides a nurturing environment where associates receive individualized support, consistent referrals, and opportunities for professional growth. You’ll join a small, collaborative team that values flexibility, passion, self-motivation, and organization.

Position Details

• Title: Associate Psychotherapist (AMFT, APCC, or ASW)

• Location: Remote/Telehealth (California-based)

• Compensation:

• $45/hour for clinical sessions

• $16/hour for administrative hours

• Bonuses and stipends for continuing education annually

• Hours:

• Minimum of 20 clinical sessions per week

• Up to 8 paid administrative hours weekly (including paid supervision)

• Supervision: Weekly individual or group supervision with a licensed clinical supervisor experienced in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman Relationship Therapy, CBT, and psychodynamic approaches.

• Familiar with Simple Practice (preferred but not required)

Requirements

• Associate-level license (AMFT, APCC, or ASW) in good standing with the BBS

• Strong clinical skills with a willingness to work with diverse populations

• Ability to work independently in a telehealth environment

• Reliable internet and a confidential workspace
