San Francisco private practice seeking a licensed or pre-licensed associate (Psychological Associate, AMFT/ASW/APCC) to join a collaborative Control-Mastery Theory oriented practice.

• Long-term psychotherapy with adults, children, families, and couples.
• Weekly individual and group supervision from a CMT perspective
• Private practice mentorship model (autonomy, help with branding and developing your niche)

Key Responsibilities

Position details

• Full time (20 patient hours/week plus additional time for documentation, supervision, and consultation)
• One small clinic improvement project that also supports clinician's goals and interests (5 hours/week); details to be determined individually
• Flexible schedule (in-person in San Francisco with some telehealth options)
• Competitive fee split / compensation (40% of fees generated for associates)
• Office space in SF included
