In-person and hybrid part-time positions are available. Associate Therapists are expected to provide 12-15 sessions per week on average.

Key Responsibilities

• Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate
• Must be available for in-person sessions at least 2 afternoons a week
• Skills in individual, group, and family therapy
• Trained or willing to be trained in EMDR
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively and remotely

Skills & Experience

• This position requires candidates to be registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate (ASW, APCC, AMFT) in good standing with eligibility to work in a private practice setting. Associates are responsible for maintaining and renewing registration with the BBS.
• Additional training in EMDR, IFS, ACT, DBT, EFT or other modality preferred. A willingness to learn new modalities is optimal.
• Experience with diverse populations preferred.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills and desire to grow as a clinician are necessessary.
