In-person, hybrid and remote part-time positions are available. Associate Therapists are expected to provide 12-20 sessions per week on average.

Key Responsibilities

• Associate Therapists provide 12-25 hours of pyschotherapy each week to adults and adolescents including individuals and families.
• Clinicians are responsible for completing documentation accurately and timely.
• Associate Therapists must attend weekly clinical supervision meetings.
• Associates must follow all ethical guidelines of their professional organizations.

Skills & Experience

• This position requires candidates to be registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate (ASW, APCC, AMFT) in good standing with eligibility to work in a private practice setting. Associates are responsible for maintaining and renewing registration with the BBS.
• Additional training in EMDR, IFS, ACT, DBT, EFT or other modality preferred. A willingness to learn new modalities is optimal.
• Experience with diverse populations preferred.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills and desire to grow as a clinician are necessessary.
