About the Role
This position is a supervised associate therapist role as a part of our structured clinical training program and designed to help you grow into a confident, skilled private practice therapist. You’ll receive weekly clinical supervision, regular case consultation, and tailored professional development while working with a caseload that fits your life. You'll have full flexibility in choosing your hours and preferred client population (adults, teens, families).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and/or family therapy to clients under supervision by a qualified clinical supervisor
  • Develop and maintain clinical documentation including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
  • Collaborate on treatment planning and ongoing care with licensed supervisors
  • Participate in weekly group and individual supervision
  • Attend monthly training and consultation meetings as part of the learning community
  • Maintain compliance with all licensing and ethical guidelines
  • Engage in reflective practice and ongoing development as a clinician

Skills & Experience

Ideal Candidate

  • Completed Masters degree (or higher) in Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or other qualified related field
  • Registered as an AMFT, ASW, APCC in California
  • Resident of California
  • Committed to learning and growth within a training framework, eager for feedback and collaboration in a team
  • Available for 10–15 clinical hours per week which includes mandatory:
    • 2 weekday evenings (4-8pm) or 1 evening and Saturdays
    • Weekly individual Supervision (1 hour)
    • Weekly Group supervision (2 hours)
    • Monthly specialized trainings (1 hour per month)
  • Has excellent clinical writing, communication, and time management skills
  • Values collaboration, feedback, and a supportive team culture
  • Comfortable working remotely and engaging in telehealth
