Welcome to a practice where your work matters. At Three Figs, you'll:

• Join a hybrid team based in our tranquil downtown Davis office with compassionate in-person care, while also meeting clients across California from wherever you feel most grounded.
  
  

• Carry a full-time caseload (~24 clients/week), held steady with support from both your own marketing strategies and our referral system.
  
  

• Help clients —kids, individuals, couples, teens, perinatal folks — move from feeling disconnected or stuck to feeling heard, calm, and connected.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide change with empathy: Support clients in exploring patterns of restless disconnection and building more grounded, fulfilling relationships.
  
  

• Integrate healing approaches: Use evidence-based tools like Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), CBT, expressive arts, trauma-informed methods, and culturally responsive care to meet clients where they are.
  
  

• Coordinate care by partnering with caseworkers, school personnel, and other providers to foster a community of support.
  
  

• Reflect progress: Maintain thorough session notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in EHR within 7 days, in line with our standards.
  
  

• Comply with best practices: Uphold HIPAA confidentiality and complete mandated reporting.
  
  

• Grow through support: Join weekly supervision sessions and pursue training that deepens your therapeutic voice and niche.
  
  

Connect and advocate: Participate in community events or practice gatherings to build meaningful local connections and deepen your presence.

Skills & Experience

We are seeking provisionally licensed clinicians in California (APCC, AMFT, ASW, or similar). Whether you’ve practiced privately or are just starting, you’re driven by connection and growth — and you're eager to find your niche with support.

You might feel aligned with one or more of these areas: kids, teens, young adults, anxiety, relationships, trauma, EMDR, EFT, perinatal care — or you're open to discovering yours. You’re comfortable building your own referral base, and our practice will support your visibility.
