Job Description

About the Role

If you’re a newly registered associate seeking a warm, collaborative environment where your growth truly matters, this opportunity is designed for you. Our private West LA practice blends the flexibility of remote work with the connection and mentorship that only in‑person clinical experience can provide.

We’re an insurance‑based practice that handles the administrative heavy lifting — referrals, billing, scheduling — so you can focus on becoming the clinician you aspire to be. You’ll join a small, supportive team that values authenticity, cultural responsiveness, and high‑quality care.

What You’ll Receive

  • A steady flow of insurance‑based referrals
  • Weekly supervision with an experienced, supportive supervisor
  • Full billing, scheduling, and administrative support
  • A close‑knit, collaborative practice culture
  • Hybrid flexibility to support work‑life balance
  • Opportunities to expand your clinical skills with diverse clients

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

This role is ideal for associates who want hands‑on experience, meaningful mentorship, and a nurturing environment without the pressure of running a private practice alone. You’ll be surrounded by clinicians who genuinely care about your development and the clients you serve.

We prioritize authenticity, compassion, and high‑quality care — and we’re excited to welcome someone who shares those values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Participate in weekly supervision
  • Uphold ethical and legal standards of practice

Skills & Experience

Who We’re Looking For

  • Able to work in person at our West LA office at least 2 days per week
  • Evening availability required
  • Weekend availability is required (Saturdays)
  • Ethical, motivated, and eager to grow with consistent supervision and support
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to culturally responsive care
  • Major Plus: EMDR training or certification
  • Plus: Experience with children, teens, or couple
