Job Description

Associate Therapist (AMFT, ACSW, APCC)
Center for Relationship and Intimacy Wellbeing
West San Fernando Valley, CA | Part-Time & Full-Time | Hybrid / In-Person / Virtual

About Us

At the Center for Relationship and Intimacy Wellbeing, we believe intimacy, sexuality, and pleasure are at the heart of a healthy, meaningful life. We help individuals, couples, and all types of relationships build deeper connection, communicate with honesty, and create intimate lives that truly feel fulfilling. Our work is holistic and integrative, with a strong emphasis on somatic practice, because we know healing happens in the body as much as in the mind. And just as we care for our clients, we care for our clinicians, offering a warm, collaborative team where you can learn, grow, and do the work you love.

About the Role

We're looking for curious, compassionate Associate Therapists who feel drawn to sex therapy, relationship work, and body-based healing. As an Associate, you'll support clients navigating desire differences, sexual concerns, identity exploration, infidelity, intimacy after trauma, and diverse relationship structures, while receiving the supervision and training to deepen your expertise in this specialty. Whether you're just beginning to explore sex therapy or you're already on your path, this is a place to build your skills with confidence and support.

Schedule & Caseload

Part-time Associates conduct 20+ sessions per week, and full-time Associates conduct 28+ sessions per week, in addition to two to three units of supervision with a licensed clinician.

We're open Monday through Saturday and are currently prioritizing clinicians with 15–20+ hours of peak-time availability, depending on caseload. Peak times are Monday–Friday from 3 pm on, and anytime Saturday, when many of our clients and couples are able to attend after work.
