Brief Overview: 

Lighthouse Therapeutic Services is a growing and thriving practice located in San Dimas, CA. The practice has several clinicians with diverse backgrounds that truly care about the work we do. We aim to make our practice affordable and accessible to the community around us and hope to make a difference one person at a time.  

Lighthouse Therapeutic Services is currently looking for a part time associate therapist. This position can be fully virtual or hybrid. Preference will be given to applicants who are able to work in-person. Daytime availability at least once per week is required. Supervision is included (paid at admin rate). This position is part time with the possibility to become full time. 

Pay & Miscellaneous Benefits: 

• $30 per clinical hour (if trained in EMDR or another specific modality, may consider higher rate)
• $20 per admin hour 
• $20 per month - internet stipend after six months employment

Key Responsibilities

• Must be able to commit to at least 15 clinical sessions per week: Including day-time availbility once per week and evening availability as well 
• Provide clinical services to clients in need of mental health treatment 
• Full attendance in quarterly staff meetings

Skills & Experience

The ideal condidate should feel comfortable working with a variety of populations. 

Must have: 

• Master's degree 
• Registered Associate through BBS 
• Self-Motivated, responsible, punctual, and passionate about growing as a clinician 
• Empathetic, ethical and eager to help clients through their healing journey 
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc) 
• Must have (and maintain) malpractice insurance 
• Excellent organizational skills for timely documentation and case management
