We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Associate Therapist to join our team in Atascadero, CA. Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and/or families
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the clinical team as needed
• Manage a caseload and maintain professional standards of care

Qualifications:

• Registered Associate (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC) with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences
• Ability to provide in-person services in Atascadero, CA
• Experience or strong interest in working with children and families preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team

Preferred:

• Availability for evening and/or weekend hours
• Experience in community mental health or working with diverse populations

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate, including paid administrative time
• Supervision included at no cost
