About Zeeva

Wellness at Zeeva Psychotherapy Group is a nonprofit psychotherapy group, founded by Adella Jaeger, a therapist like you. We are a W2 employer, and provide benefits at all our employees.

We provide outpatient non-intensive psychotherapy services that are client-centered and trauma-responsive. 

Our purpose is to increase accessibility of quality and personalized psychotherapy services.

Our story: As a licensed clinical social worker, Adella witnessed situations that she could not ignore. At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, she knew she wanted to be apart of something greater than herself, and find a practice in line with her values and aspirations. She experienced limited resources within both Los Angeles and Henderson. She found clients hands were tied in a broken system. She knew alone she could not begin to bridge the gap between quality of care and cost of treatment for clients of all walks of life. She dreamed of a workplace centered on ethics, quality of care, and positive ongoing support within an inclusive environment. Together as psychotherapists with our shared purpose, our dreams have turned into Wellness at Zeeva Psychotherapy Group... and our story will only continue.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services
• Evaluate new clients through biopsychosocial, diagnostic assessments
• Create client-centered treatment plans, utilizing SMART objectives
• 100% electronic documentation, with simple progress notes (that take 3-5 minutes to complete!)
• Collaborate and consult with other Zeeva therapists or other care providers

Skills & Experience

• California Registered Associate Psychotherapist
• Full-time position
• See clients in our West Los Angeles and/or Studio City offices at least 2x/week this is a hybrid position
