We are looking for a stellar human to join us as a Part-Time to Full-Time Licensed Psychotherapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, etc.) or Associate Psychotherapist (ASW, AMFT, APCC, etc.) and get to work together with our fabulous team of real, human therapists! We are messy, we laugh a lot, we use curse words, and we reallyyy like each other.

Pay is $50 for clinical hours for associates during 90 day introductory period and increases to $60 per clinical hour after 90 days.

Key Responsibilities

Please note: because we are a private practice setting it tends to take a while to build up a full-time caseload. The minimum amount to qualify for full-time status and correlating benefits is 21 average weekly client hours. We cannot guarantee how long it will take for you to reach full-time status but we do everything we can to support your caseload growth!

Skills & Experience

Position Requirements:

-An active license or registration with the BBS of the state of California. Applications are only considered from those who have an active license or registration.

-Availability to work early morning (8AM) and/or late evenings (until 8 or 9PM) and Saturdays

-Enthusiasm to work from a relational approach

-Experience & interest in working with adults & relationships/couples

-Willing to lead a minimum of one group for a topic/population of your interest or specialty

-A weekly minimum of 21 direct client hours

-Desiring a collaborative and team environment where you can envision yourself in a group practice setting long-term

Preferred Qualifications:

-Active social justice values and anti-oppressive, liberatory therapeutic framework

-3 years training/experience working with marginalized populations in social justice-oriented work and familiarity with traumas associated with systemic oppression.

-Previous training and experience working with LGBTQIA+ folks, polyamory and consensual non-monogamy, BDSM, kink, etc.

-Previous experience and training in Relational Gestalt therapy and/or PACT therapy with couples

-Experience and desire to work with teens and/or families
