Job Description

Skylark Therapy is seeking an Associate to join our team (AMFT) for a fully remote W2 position. We are most interested in those with prior clinical experience and some training in CBT and exposure therapy. Our practice focuses on anxiety and OCD, and serves children and families. Ideal candidates should have interest and experience working with these populations. Candidates should commit to a minimum of 15 client hours a week. Paid individual supervision provided.

Weekly paid supervision

$60/ per client hour

$21/per admin hour

$50/month technology stipend

Mentoring and guidance in building your own private practice

Support in learning how to get paneled with insurance, bill insurance and pass insurance audits

Access to EHR (Simple Practice) and Google Suite (email, phone, virtual meetings)

Paid, provided trainings related to ERP (Exposure Response Prevention) and ACT (Acceptance Commitment Theray)

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and family therapy for a minimum of 15 hours a week

Complete all administrative duties including notes through our EHR in a timely manner

Maintain professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients

Skills & Experience

Master’s degree in Psychology

AMFT registration number

Interest and experience working with anxiety, OCD and related disorders

Demonstrate cultural sensitivity, be LGBTQ affirmative and neurodiversity affirmative

Strong time management and organizational skills

Ability to see clients via telehealth platform with stable internet connection

Candidates with at least 800 clinical hours preferred
