Key Responsibilities

• Diverse Patient Population: Work with adult individuals, couples, throuples, and diverse relationship systems in a private-pay, telehealth setting

• Growth and Mentorship:

◦ Build a sustainable caseload of up to 25 patient hours per week with ongoing support.

◦ Weekly individual supervision provided by Dr. Grey

◦ Mentorship in psychodynamic, trauma-informed, decolonized, and sex-positive therapy.

◦ Guidance on how to market your services, build a caseload, and network with other mental health providers.

• Practice Tools Provided:

◦ Work phone and laptop

◦ Access to EMR (Simple Practice)

◦ Managed Psychology Today and other directory profiles
