Job Description

A Place to Grow Psychotherapy is a private practice located in San Marcos, CA. We are seeking a part-time Associate Marriage and Family/Professional Clinical Cousellor therapists for our office. Candidate would have comfort in working with adolescents and adults under the clinical supervisor. A good fitting candidate will be looking to hold 8-20 clinical hours weekly, as well as related non-clinical tasks. 

An ideal candidate would be independent, collaborative, and excited to learn and grow in a private practive setting. Our physical office is in San Marcos, CA. Hybrid work/days are available. 

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and if desired family therapy; utilizing EBP.

Completes assessments, evaluations, and all other documentation in a timely and prompt manner. 

develops effective treatment plans with clear and measurable intervention strategies, which are tailored client(s).

Collaborates well with supervisor/other employees.  

Skills & Experience

Must have current BBS registration number

Must have current malpractice liability insurance

Open to working with older children/adolescents/adults

Open to marketing self on social media platforms
