We specialize in Evidence-Based Treatments, with a focus on PCIT

This role is OFFICE-BASED

We are a supportive team that values collaboration and assistance
Starting pay at $36/hr for clinical work and $22/hr for administrative tasks
Potential for raises after 6 months and beyond, up to $60/clinical hour and $25/admin hour
- Provide mental health support to children and their families through individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans based on the DSM-V criteria
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment approaches
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation for all therapy sessions
- Participate in mandatory workshops and staff meetings
- Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment for the team
- Must hold an active California provisional license/registration for AMFT/ASW/APCC
- Must possess a Master's or Doctoral degree (doctoral degree optional)
- Required to adhere to professional laws, codes, ethics, and regulations
- Previous experience working with children in clinical settings is preferred
- Being multilingual is advantageous
- Must be willing to acquire and excel in diagnostic and assessment skills
- Able to travel to and work at the Ventura office
- Must demonstrate both independence and teamwork skills
