For an established PHP/IOP program in Los Angeles with an emphasis on multi-family group facilitation. Other key components include: direct clinical care, staff supervision, ensuring documentation compliance, and maintaining program quality. This role does have a 24/7 on-call component but it's extremely rare that it applies.
Provide group, individual, and family therapy (teen programs).
Review and co-sign clinical documentation (notes, risk assessments, treatment plans).
Audit records for quality, compliance, and timeliness; coach staff on improvements.
Participate in case reviews, treatment planning, and care coordination.
Ensure evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally competent practices.
Conduct urgent assessments and provide on-call clinical support.
Carry a caseload and complete new patient assessments as needed.
Provide clinical supervision to licensed/unlicensed staff, interns, and case managers.
Lead team meetings, treatment reviews, and professional development sessions.
Conduct performance evaluations, support licensure/CE processes, and mentor new hires.
Serve as a clinical resource and escalation point in crisis situations.
Ensure adherence to state licensing, accreditation, and ethical standards.
Participate in audits, medical record reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
Oversee incident reporting, risk management, and clinical grievance resolution.
Monitor documentation timelines to support billing and payer requirements.
Facilitate therapy sessions and treatment planning with clients and families.
Provide psychoeducation and guidance to caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
Step in with complex cases and family concerns as needed.
Foster an inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally competent therapeutic environment.
