• Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist  in California with a valid MA degree
• Interest in practicing Depth Psychology or an Integrative approach and receiving training in Jungian Psychology, Trauma-informed Care, Neurodiversity, Couple’s Therapy, Coaching modalities, and the business side of private practice.
• At least a year or 1000 hours of client experience preferred
• Committed to professional development and ongoing learning
• Entrepreneurial/private practice-minded: independent, highly motivated, flexible with excellent customer service
• Warmth and ability to connect and develop therapeutic relationships
• Training in Trauma and other treatment modalities a plus
• Commit to at least 5 and a maximum of 10 clients weekly and building your own caseload.  

• W-2, 50/50 fee split
• Worker's Comp/PTO (paid time off)
• Fully Remote Position
• Flexible Hours, you schedule your clients as is convenient to you
• You will be provided with client management software (Simple Practice) and Zoom account
