We are a thriving group therapy practice dedicated to supporting teens, young adults, athletes, and families. We value professionalism, compassion, and collaboration—and we are looking for an Administrative Coordinator who will bring both organization and creativity to our team.

Position Overview

The Administrative Coordinator is the backbone of our practice operations. This role blends administrative excellence with marketing support and staff coordination. The right candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a role where no two days are the same.

 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM –3:00/ 4:00 PM (30-minute paid lunch)

Compensation: $23/hour

Location: Yorba Linda, CA (North Orange County)

 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Answer and manage phone calls and consult calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Schedule new and returning clients and maintain calendars accurately
  • Process client payments and keep financial records organized
  • Put together practice business metrics and track KPIs
  • Complete timesheets for staff
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding staff members
  • Attend biweekly business meetings with the practice owner
  • Manage office duties (keeping supplies stocked, maintaining a welcoming space)
  • Create and schedule engaging marketing content (social media posts, carousels, flyers, presentations) in Canva
  • Support practice marketing through outreach, networking, and community presence 

Skills & Experience

 

  • Has or currently getting Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (or closely related field required)
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Gmail)
  • Experience creating professional designs in Canva
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior administrative or customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to balance client-facing tasks with behind-the-scenes business operations
